NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY*

This service is available at checkout for a small extra cost, as outlined below. This is not a guaranteed service, and although put on a 24hour service, this may not be met and occasionally will take up to 48hours. Some extended areas, will not receive a 24 hour service as this is not achievable, if you think you are in one of these area, please enquire first before purchasing this express service.

- The cut-off time is 3pm* for same day dispatch on selected products.
- Orders placed from Friday will be delivered Monday or Tuesday the following week.
- Any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday the following week.

PRE 1PM DELIVERY

Please note this type of delivery is only inclusive of working days - should you purchase an item on a Friday (before 3pm) for example, this will be delivered on the following Monday before 1pm. If your order does not reach you before 1pm please contact our support team for them to rectify the situation.

 

Disclaimer

Through continuous optimization, we try to select packaging materials as environmentally friendly as possible. Depending on the weight and category, we ship our goods as a small parcel with Royal mail under 2KG, standard package by Parcelforce, DX or UPS and as a pallet via forwarding agent.

We have listed our shipping information in the table below. You will not receive the individual calculation of your shipping costs until you have placed the products in the shopping cart. The delivery of our items can only take place in the UK. 

Exclusions do apply, such as, R.O. Ireland and surcharges are applied for extended areas depending on the courier used for delivering your goods, these costs will be automatically applied at checkout once the delivery postcode has been confirmed. As mentioned before, Surcharge and extended areas cannot guarantee next working day due to the location of the shipping address but you still may be charged premium rates if this service is chosen.

Kindly note that once your order leaves our warehouse, the courier has liability of your parcel. For any queries such as late deliveries, parcel location ect. please contact the courier.

If the shipment is via a forwarding agent, the forwarding service provider will contact you at the time of delivery. We ship several times a day. If you order in the morning, we can ship the goods on the same day by 15:00. Thanks to our fully automated warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via e-mail immediately after shipment. 

Please note: if your goods require a pallet shipment, a call to confirm delivery will be made before the order is dispatched and if the customer is not available for delivery, a redelivery fee will be charged (equal to the original carriage fee).

*The dispatch cut off time for a pallet order is 11am.

Depending on the shipping service provider, tracking can only be activated after 12 hours. We ask for your understanding. We are currently not offering shipments to the EU. 

Internationl shipping

All shipments made outside of the UK may incur additional customs charges for you (the customer). Please contact us before placing an order.
