As 2009 comes to an end
Wednesday, December 30th, 2009We would like to thank all our established customers, and say a big thanks to all our new clients this year, as always, the clients we have served well and faithfully over the years, have been instrumental in recommending Leisurepower to a great many of the newer clients.
In 2010, you can expect the same levels of no nonsense advice, and excellent service that has been our trademark for almost 20 years.
So, What’s new at Leisurepower?
The 17th of December saw the launch of Horizon NG’s NANOSAT electronic satellite finder, offering easy satellite identification and simple “Left Right” arrows on the generous LCD display.
Having tested the Nanosat, those of you who are used to using a standard sat finder must take note, that once the Nanosat says it has found the satellite in question, you must remove it from the loop in order to see the picture.
This was particularly true on Astra 1, 19 deg east as the Nanosat seems to attenuate the signal.
Full details of this product and pictures will be available on the website shortly.

Having got Christmas behind us, we are now starting to concentrate on the new leisure season, and the shows we will be attending.
Starting with the Manchester Central Caravan and Motorhome show 2010 at the Manchester Central G-Mex we expect a busy start to the season.
We will be taking our full range of LED lights with us, and our best yet mobile internet solution, the UBISURFER, absolutely perfect for Caravanners and Motorhomers, get to the stand quickly if you want to take one home, as we discovered at the last NEC show Oct 2009, demand at the shows for these is truly EPIC!
We will have some enticing news on the fitted satellite front, particularly if you are interested in a low profile dome system, and will be representing systems from KVH, CAMOS, MAXVIEW and Oyster, come and speak to us about your requirements.
A wide range of portable kits will be available to take away for those who do not want a fitted system.
Our best selling TV, the 16″ AKURA TV/DVD will also be popular, still at £199.00, 12 or 230 volt, and with a power consumption of just 1.5 amps on 12v! AMAZING, again, demand will be high, visit us earlier rather than later for these.
You will find us on STAND C1.
We look forward to welcoming you.
